The client is a prominent public corporation in India’s energy and power sector, responsible for managing customer accounts, payments, and complaints. Burdened by an aging monolithic data center, they faced mounting pressure to deliver faster services and reduce operational costs. Re-platforming critical applications to Amazon Aurora and EC2 improved performance, while DevOps practices automated code releases with minimal downtime. Within 14 weeks, over eight applications and numerous databases were successfully migrated, leveraging VPN connections, Transit Gateway, and role-based access controls for security and compliance.
