Discovery and Creative Design
The purpose of the discovery and creative design phase is to audit and understand the current state, derive the future state, and create UX designs that meet business goals.
Tech Design
Design and document solution architecture, requirements, test strategy, and blueprints, and create a roadmap along with a detailed plan for implementation.
Implementation (Two-week Scrums)
Implementation as per the defined project plan in the form of two-week scrums, demo product increment after every sprint, and teams collaborating to complete the overall scope and backlog.
Hardening and SIT
End-to-end integration testing, regression testing performance, and security testing, to get the application ready for UAT.
UAT & Cut Over
Clients perform the User Acceptance Testing, supported by defects fixed by our team, in parallel, a cutover plan is created for launch.
Launch and Support
Final deployment of application and delivery of code to the client with and plan for warranty and support kick off.
