Client & Business Challenges
A Netherlands-based Marketing-as-a-Service firm needed an integrated system to manage new and existing offerings with greater transparency. Their existing platform struggled with complex navigation, limited data visibility, and suboptimal user flows. The client wanted a more intuitive customer dashboard to sell and monitor marketing packages, alongside a mechanism to gauge customer happiness and project performance. Facing scalability issues as their service portfolio grew, they required a robust, user-friendly solution that could unify every aspect of purchasing, tracking, and managing marketing plans for multiple brands.

The Solution
Successive Digital modernized the client’s existing system with fresh UI/UX elements and new functionalities, including an enhanced Playbook, a user-friendly happiness tracker, and an updated packages function. We streamlined backend operations by integrating a custom design and alert module for personalized notifications, enabling the client to stay connected with customers in real time. Our agile approach included iterative enhancements to existing modules, ensuring minimal downtime and a seamless transition for end users. The redesigned workflows and dashboards delivered clarity in plan tracking, while robust analytics and login-based premium access supported ongoing marketing campaign optimization.

- Playbook Update
We revamped the Playbook feature to unify package purchasing and progress monitoring. This interactive dashboard empowered clients with a holistic view of marketing plans, sales funnels, and real-time performance metrics. Clear visuals and intuitive data displays simplified decision-making and improved the management of campaigns and brand strategies.
- Happiness Tracker
Building on the Playbook, we introduced a premium access Happiness Tracker for approved clients. This feature collected ongoing feedback, providing deeper insights into user satisfaction across different marketing campaigns. By centralizing these metrics, the client pinpointed improvement areas quickly, boosting customer engagement and refining product-market fit over time.
- Packages & UI Streamlining
While packages existed previously, we refined their functionality to be more agile and navigable. The new interface allowed visitors to explore multiple offerings with ease, featuring dynamic filters and simplified comparisons. Coupled with a custom UI design and personalized notifications, the user journey became smoother, reducing friction and confusion.
